The Quality Controller will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing product quality within the furniture (fixed and loose) manufacturing process. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all products meet the company’s and customers’ exacting standards, aiming for zero defects and flawless adherence to customization requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality inspections daily.
- Ensure all products meet the company's strict quality criteria.
- Accurately record and analyze defect rates, implementing strategies to achieve zero manufacturing defects.
- **Specification Compliance**:

- Ensure each furniture product adheres to detailed customization instructions provided by customers.
- Align product standards with both company expectations and customer specifications.
- **Raw Material Management**:

- Validate requests for additional raw materials, ensuring they align with production needs.
- Monitor material usage, aiming to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- **Team Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports on quality metrics, defect rates, and material usage.
- **Root Cause Analysis**:

- Investigate the underlying causes of defects or non-compliance.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Training & Continuous Improvement**:

- Train production staff on quality assurance protocols, processes, and standards.
- Participate in and lead continuous improvement programs to elevate product quality.

**Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in quality assurance and control within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with custom furniture production and a detailed understanding of customer specifications.
- Strong background in raw material management, with demonstrated success in waste reduction.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Defect Rate: Maintain a defect rate below 2%, with a goal of zero defects.
- Customer Specification Adherence: Achieve 100% compliance with customer specifications.
- Material Wastage Rate: Keep material wastage below 5%, striving for continuous reduction.
- Reporting Timeliness & Accuracy: Submit all reports on time with zero errors.
- This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of collaborating across teams and driving a culture of quality excellence in furniture manufacturing.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
