**Visa Executive**
**Experience : 2-5 years experience in a Travel Agency / Travel BPO handling backend ticketing / Visa process**
**Qualification: Any graduate**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle customers with ease, file & track the progress of client’s visas, documents precisely.
- Maintain monthly reports of VISA Department and documentation of Clients records
- Maintain good relations with Consulates, and VFS Staff
- Work with colleagues to achieve Zero Errors and increase business for the company
- Be aware of industry news and up to the minute data on embassies & consulates and making sure that all clients are apprised of the same on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate and current information displayed on our online visa database
- Work collaboratively with various business departments and maintain effective relationships that enhance customer service.
- Develop and build rapport with suppliers to expedite fast resolution of issues, escalating where appropriate
- Collecting client feedback on regular basis
- Visit all embassy websites to check latest changes in rules, fees, etc

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
