Company Description Visa is a world leader in payments and technology with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers merchants financial institutions and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative convenient reliable and secure payments network enabling individuals businesses and economies to thrive while driven by a common purpose - to uplift everyone everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid Make an impact with a purpose-driven industry leader Join us today and experience Life at Visa This is a key role in the Sales and Business Development vertical of Visa India and will be responsible for managing key payment products acquiring and digital banking platforms for one of the top tier financial organisation The role is expected to lead this client relationship with the aim of growing acquiring business market share for Visa driving strategic initiatives with to deliver account plans to ensure delivery Deepening client relationship identifying new opportunities ensuring compliance of Visa rules and market regulations driving new solutions growth in specific segments are some of the key deliverables You will also be required to deliver outcomes by driving agenda with cross functional teams internally and externally with client The right candidate is expected to have prior experience of managing relationship preferably with acquiring background with senior stakeholders as well as execution teams Candidate is expected to develop strong alignment between client organization and Visa agree on strategic goals and deliver both long-term and short-term outcomes negotiate contractual terms within set parameters and adhere to internal policy and procedures when structuring agreements Be the principal point of contact for the accounts managed by the role focusing on creating sustainable long-term relationships with partners and drive delivery Ideal candidate is expected to be a highly effective communicator who can form networks and make inroads into client organization You will operate in a complex matrixed environment and be adept at developing a robust internal and external network of relevant global business leaders to support you in effective execution This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of account management with significant potential for growth The right candidate is expected to be proficient in excel and power point and have capability to project manage complex projects Qualifications Recognized degree preferably in Business Management from a tier 1 institute with over 8 years of business development partnerships or sales experience in fast-paced growth environment Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments e-commerce Fintech and or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment Experience in driving payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the India market landscape Relationships across key players would be valuable Own and manage partnerships drive business outcomes and coordinate internal resources towards delivery of partnership goals Develop manage and deliver on account plans Experience of successfully managing strategic clients and offer ongoing payments consulting Experience in developing and tracking client-centric strategies within a matrixed organization Solution focused should be able to connect the dots and leverage Visa best practices make timely decisions in ambiguous high-pressure situations quick to adjust recover and reset priorities Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability or protected veteran status Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law
