**Preferred Male Home Chef - Should have Experience only as a HOME CHEF.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for multiple cuisines.
- Create new and innovative recipes and dishes.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of food and supplies.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in multiple cuisines.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes and dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience.
