**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payment receipts.
- Handle daily bookkeeping and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- **Billing and Invoicing**:

- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- **Vendor and Client Account Reconciliation**:

- Regularly reconcile accounts with vendors and clients to ensure accuracy.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in financial statements promptly.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Assist in preparing GST filings and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable tax regulations to ensure adherence.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Process payments to vendors and suppliers through banking channels.
- Monitor company expenses and provide regular expense reports.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for operational and financial planning.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Communicate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities when required.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Accounting Knowledge**:

- Proficient in handling Tally or other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Ability to handle financial data accurately and avoid errors.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in accounting or taxation are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with GST filing software and online banking systems.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in a logistics or service-based industry.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of export-import documentation and financial processes.
