As a customer support associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, enhancing customer journey with our product and overall service experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's Support policies
- Handling customer queries/complaints/requests and providing timely and quality resolution
- Ability to overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary
- Responsible to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied
- To continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products
- Prior Experience 2+ years
- Bachelor Degree and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Solid time management skills
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
- Should be able to work in High Pressure environment
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam languages are an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Billing is a Plus
- Flexible with 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational 6 week-offs in a month
- Immediate joiners are given first preference
