- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation across various sectors.
- Promote and sell customized automation solutions, including HMI, PLC, SCADA, and panels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their automation needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports to management.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of EXOR, OMRON, and Siemens products to effectively communicate benefits and technical details to customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Team player with hands-on attitude with Never give-up & continuous learning approach

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
