**Purchase Executive - Construction Industry**

**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: Ajmer

**Reports to**: Purchase Head / Head of Procurement

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for procuring construction materials, equipment, and services for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. Focus on cost efficiency, quality, and supplier reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials such as cement, steel, bricks, and construction tools.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid project delays.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels on construction sites.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
- Maintain records of all procurement activities, supplier agreements, and delivery schedules.
- Review and approve purchase orders by project requirements and budget constraints.
- Assess supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing fluctuations for construction materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction material procurement.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
