Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)Company: DSIT SolutionsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Data Entry & Back Office Executive to manage our day-to-day operational and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with QuickBooks / accounting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce data (Amazon, website sales, etc.).You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with our Amazon team, tracking payments, and supporting management with reports and documentation.Key Responsibilities• Maintain and update daily financial records in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. • Record day-to-day sales, payments, expenses, and adjustments from Amazon, website, and other channels. • Coordinate with the Amazon operations person to verify settlements, payment releases, and pending amounts. • Create invoices for Amazon/clients and mark them as paid once the payment is received. • Track outstanding payments, follow up where needed, and close accounts once reconciled. • Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets for daily sales, product movement, and account summaries. • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks – purchase entries, vendor payments, and petty cash tracking. • Support management with weekly and monthly reports (sales, payouts, expenses, and profit overview). • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and backups in a structured manner. • Assist in other back office activities like preparing letters, basic documentation, and data verification.Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in data entry, accounts, or back-office operations. • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, formatting). • Experience with QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books is preferred. • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal team members. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.Education• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Compensation💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience and skills)How to ApplySend your updated resume to:📧 info@dsit.co.inSubject line: “Application – Data Entry & Back Office Executive”
