Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers, sellers, and investors, promoting our property listings, and providing exceptional customer service. Your efforts will contribute to our sales targets and help clients make informed decisions about their real estate needs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including home buyers, sellers, and investors. - Provide information about available properties, market trends, and financing options.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. - Gather feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in Telecalling or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and persuade clients effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology is an advantage.
