**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Fundraising Officer to secure funding and foster donor relationships to sustain and expand REAP’s impactful programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective fundraising plans.
- Identify potential donors and establish partnerships with philanthropic organizations and corporates.
- Organize donor events and engagement activities.
- Maintain a donor database and ensure consistent communication.
- Innovate and diversify fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in fundraising or donor engagement (nonprofit experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with grant writing and CSR collaborations is advantageous.
