**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Drive sales through direct interaction with potential clients in the assigned area.
- **Market Research**: Identify new business opportunities and understand market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- **Client Meetings**: Meet clients face-to-face to discuss product offerings, present solutions, and close deals.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product offerings and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate (Any discipline).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn can also apply.
- **2-Wheeler**: Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory for travel purposes).
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Travelling**: Willingness to travel within the designated sales area as needed. Travelling allowance will be provided.
- **Skills**: Ability to work independently, time management skills, customer-focused mindset, and target-driven approach.

**Additional Information**:

- **Compensation**: Competitive salary with attractive incentives and travel allowances.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
