**Position Summary**:
As an **E-commerce Intern** at Astroyogi, you will gain first-hand experience in managing the daily operations of online marketplaces. You’ll work closely with our operations and product teams to understand the full lifecycle of an e-commerce order-from confirmation to fulfillment and delivery. This internship will provide you with exposure to backend systems of major marketplaces and help you understand the core elements of e-commerce operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Lifecycle Management**:

- Assist in managing orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.

**Inventory Handling**:

- Understand basic inventory flow including how stock is picked, packed, and marked as dispatched.
- Support in maintaining accuracy across inventory records on platforms.

**Platform Experience**:

- Gain hands-on exposure to backend systems such as **Amazon Seller Central**, **Flipkart Seller Hub**, or similar platforms.
- Assist in updating product listings, tracking returns, and monitoring platform-specific performance.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Support in daily reporting and maintaining operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of marketplace operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field.

**E-commerce Interest**:

- Strong interest in digital commerce, online retail platforms, and order fulfillment processes.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar systems is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under timelines.
