**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable Nexa vehicles.
- Conduct test drives to showcase car features and performance.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and technologies of Nexa vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about different models, pricing, and financing options.
- **Sales Process**:

- Guide customers through the sales process, explaining terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and leasing options for customers.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Targets and Quotas**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the dealership.
- Continuously work towards achieving personal and team sales goals.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and review sales contracts and other paperwork accurately.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for the smooth delivery of vehicles.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote Nexa vehicles and the dealership.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
