**Why are we building dezerv.?**:
DEZERV is a professional investing platform aiming to deliver sustainable returns to affluent Indians. The portfolios are designed using decades of investing expertise and modern portfolio science. It also offers a bouquet of alternative investment options to bolster the overall investments further.

Sandeep Jethwani, Vaibhav Porwal and Sahil Contractor are the founders of DEZERV. The trio were part of the early-founding team at IIFL Wealth before they came together to form DEZERV. With experience of over 50+ years between them, they have managed assets worth over INR 50,000 crore for 6500 of the wealthiest families in the country.

We are a Series A funded startup and have marquee investors like Accel, Elevation Capital and Matrix Partners India, as our backers along with Whiteboard Capital and Blume Founders Fund, Kunal Shah of Cred, Varun Dua of Acko, Vidit Aatrey of Meesho, Asish Mohapatra of OfBusiness, Revant Bhate of Mosaic Wellness are also some of our early investors.

**What are we looking for?**:

- 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience in startups (Fintech will be a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional ability to sell a pitch
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
- Prior experience of working on ATS tool (added advantage)
- A collaborative teammate willing to work on any requisition across the board
