
Opening for Payroll Executive

**Job Purpose**:
To manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance for 2000 plus employees
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leaves, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Handle payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, transfers, and variable components.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), Income Tax (TDS), Gratuity, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payroll compliance and documentation.
- Prepare and share payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports with management and finance.
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and Full & Final settlements.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and salary slips.
- Assist in audits (internal/external/statutory) by providing required payroll-related documents.
- Maintain high confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive payroll information.
**Qualifications**:
Graduate
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
**Skills & Competencies**:
Sound knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance.
Working knowledge of payroll software will be added advantage (Zing HR)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with high accuracy and confidentiality
