**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop and iterate on UX designs, focusing on enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate design processes.

**Required Skills**:

- Fresher to 6 Month of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, In Vision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, showcasing successful design projects and processes.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UI/UX: 1 year (preferred)
