**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design**:

- **Prototyping & Wireframing**:

- Ensure designs are AI-driven and user-centric.
- **Figma to HTML/CSS/WordPress**:

- Convert Figma (or similar design files) into responsive, clean, and well-structured HTML/CSS/WordPress.
- Optimize for both mobile and desktop views with AI-driven elements.
- **Mobile & Web App Design**:

- Ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
- **User Research & Testing**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior.
- Refine design iterations and integrate AI-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of AI-driven designs.
- **Maintain Design Systems**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, UI kits, and libraries for a cohesive brand experience across multiple platforms.
- Incorporate AI personalization where possible.
- **Stay Current**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI technologies.
- Ensure innovative, cutting-edge designs for both mobile and web platforms.

**Required Skills**:

- **Design Tools**:

- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva, etc.
- Strong creative flair and focus on intuitive, AI-driven design solutions.
- **Web & Mobile Design**:

- Expertise in web, mobile app, and website design with a deep understanding of platform-specific user needs and design trends.
- Strong ability to convert design files into responsive, clean HTML/CSS/WordPress.
- **Mobile-First & Responsive Design**:

- Experience with mobile-first design to ensure seamless UX across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience building interactive UI elements and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- **Design System Expertise**:

- Experience creating or maintaining consistent design systems and UI libraries for cohesive product experiences across multiple platforms.
- **User-Centered Design**:

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and AI-driven design methodologies.
- **Creative Mindset**:

- Attention to detail, including typography, color, layout, and interaction design in AI-driven environments.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Portfolio**:

- Demonstrating experience with AI-driven design solutions.
