**Company Overview**: We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 0 to 2 years of experience who has strong communication skills in English to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance the user experience.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Clearly communicate design ideas and feedback in English to team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
