**Job Title**: Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage procurement, inventory, supply chain, and processes.
- Lead, train, and supervise teams to meet performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address escalated issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and process optimization.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
