**Position Overview**:
Pashtush India is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Ecommerce Fulfillment Executive** to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process across various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and more. The role involves overseeing packaging, shipping, inventory management, and return logs, as well as addressing daily operational challenges in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Schedule and process orders on online marketplaces.
- Ensure timely pick, pack, and dispatch of orders.
- **Packaging & Shipping Oversight**:

- Supervise the packaging process to meet quality and brand standards.
- Coordinate shipping of orders with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels across marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and oversee reconciliation.
- **Returns Processing**:

- Record and manage returns, ensuring proper documentation and log maintenance.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with marketplace representatives and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Address queries related to order fulfillment, returns, and logistics.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on order fulfillment, inventory, and returns as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of work experience in ecommerce operations, fulfillment, or a related field.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ecommerce tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
