We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic professionals who can drive growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers to promote ThunderX Laminates products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
- Follow up on leads, maintain records of interactions, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth coordination and order closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in tele sales or inside sales (preferably in building materials, laminates, or related industries).
- **Excellent English communication** (verbal and written) with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
