**The role**:
Key responsibilities include handling & processing our credit card transactions, (over 50 cards in operation), checking the transaction listing against the receipts, identifying queries, and handling the balances.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handle the pre-paid credit cards for all locations and Highlight issues and discrepancies to the Finance Accountant
- Handle the credit card balances and seek the credit card holders for missing information and Handle the uploading of transactions via Atlas & Dynamics
- Support the wider Finance Processing team with the management of additional corporate credit cards and perform monthly statement reconciliations for supplier accounts. Access various online systems and download transactions for processing
- Support the team with Overhead invoice approvals - using either purchase order or non-purchase orders; using authorization matrices to check manual approvals

**What we are looking for**:

- **Must bring rich experience in Finance Processing.**:

- **Must have experience in data entry and Must have high proficiency in Advance Microsoft Excel(vlookup and hlook up/Pivot) and MS Office.**:

- Should have a good understanding of **Accounts Payable**:

- Experience in invoice processing is an advantage and Experience in leading international payments/currencies.
- Good experience working with international suppliers and exposure in Tax processing/Recording.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
