Now, we’re expanding our financial team — and we want a Finance Manager who’s ready to dive deep.

The Role: Assistant Finance Manager

You’ll work closely with the CFO to manage day-to-day accounting operations, assist with project-based financial tracking, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and is looking to expand their financial skillset.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Record daily transactions – purchases, sales, journal entries, bank records
- Maintain vendor & customer ledgers
- Assist with project-level revenue and expense tracking
- Support monthly and annual closing cycles

Project Accounting

- Track project costs and billing stages
- Reconcile service delivery milestones
- Assist in preparing WIP and cost-to-completion reports

Banking & Payments

- Process vendor payments, salaries, reimbursements
- Reconcile bank, petty cash, and credit card transactions

GST & Income Tax Compliance

- Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Handle GST reconciliation and input tax credit
- Assist in TDS deductions and filings

Audit & Documentation

- Maintain accurate and audit-ready records
- Support internal and external audit processes

You’re Perfect for This Role If You Have:

- A degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in core accounting, preferably in a project-based business
- Strong grasp of GST, TDS, and Indian compliance frameworks
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Meticulous attention to detail and love for clean books
