Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for assisting in financial planning and analysis, overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities also include managing budgets, conducting financial audits, and providing support for strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Audits
  • Proficiency in Accounting Operations and Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Thorough understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Financial Regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA or CFA is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
