**Technical & Professional Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online store management.
- Familiarity with product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and customer engagement.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to e-commerce tools and technologies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing product listings, updating inventory, and maintaining the online store.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams for product promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of online product details, descriptions, and images.
- Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and improving customer experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
- Knowledge of customer support tools or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO practices.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Self-motivated with a passion for e-commerce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle various tasks simultaneously.
