**Warehouse Incharge/Supervisor**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Your main responsibilities would include managing inventory, overseeing the movement of goods, maintaining records of stock, and supervising a team of warehouse workers. Here are some specific tasks you might be responsible for:
Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of goods and materials

Recording and tracking inventory levels using warehouse management software or a manual system

Coordinating the movement of goods within the warehouse, including packing, labeling, and shipping

Ensuring the safety of workers by enforcing safety regulations and providing training as necessary

Managing and maintaining warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts

Monitoring and reporting on warehouse productivity and efficiency metrics

Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

Handling and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping and receiving process

Should have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in warehouse operations and inventory management. You should also be comfortable using technology and have strong communication skills to work effectively with a diverse team of workers and colleagues.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Incharge/Supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong Organisational and time management skills
- Bachelor Degree (logistics, supply chain management or business)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
