**Job Description for Warehouse Supervisor**
- Daily Stock maintenance
- WMS system entries for inward/outward
- Ensure proper execution of loading and unloading of material
- GRN & Orders material record
- Ensuring efficient putaway
- Coordinate with logistics vendors
- Physical stock check, keep track of defective material
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry
- Transfers information from paper formats into computer files
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
- Sharing manpower's D-1 attendance reports on a daily basis
- Communicate new and pending orders to the manager with reasons for hold, if any.
- Prepare and share connection reports (3rd party logistics)
- Pending GRN reports to be prepared and shared with the client along with regular follow up on the same
- Order Processing - ensure TAT is achieved as per SOP
- Ensure tasks and activities are assigned to team members in a timely manner and structured approach
- Record of processed orders in an excel for MIS
- Process STN as per requirement and communicate the same to all stakeholders
- DEO needs to scan and maintain an data sheet of all the damaged, expired, and RTV stock that is moving out of the RWH/FC

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
