**Role ka Overview**

Hamare Rajpura-based company hostel ke liye ek **experienced Cook** ki zaroorat hai jo daily nutritious aur tasty khana bana sake - breakfast, lunch, dinner aur occasional snacks. Aapko hostel-resident employees ke liye hygienic, ghar-jaisa swad dena hoga.

**Day-to-Day Zimmedariyaan**
- **Meal Planning & Preparation**:

- Balanced weekly menu plan karna (North Indian focus; occasional South Indian/continental welcome).
- Veg & non-veg dishes ki taiyyari, timing ke hisaab se garma-garam serve karna.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- FSSAI norms aur kitchen sanitation strictly follow karna.
- Raw ingredients ki safai, proper storage aur FIFO (First-In-First-Out) implement karna.
- **Inventory & Purchasing**:

- Daily/weekly grocery list banana; store/market se procurement coordinate karna.
- Cost control dhyaan me rakhte hue wastage minimize karna.
- **Special Requirements**:

- Jain/egg-less/health-specific meals on request banana.
- Occasional guest lunches ya late-night snacks manage karna.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Helper/assistant staff ko guide karna; utensils aur dining area ki safai ensure karna.
- Hostel warden & admin team se feedback leke menu improve karna.
