**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing people to join our dynamic marketing team. The employee will assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of influencer marketing campaigns and strategies targeting the U.S. market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-evolving world of influencer marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Research and Outreach**:

- Assist in identifying potential across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Reach out to for potential collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain a database of contacts, past collaborations, and campaign results.

**Campaign Management**:

- Assist in the coordination of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure they are on track and achieving the desired results.

**Content Review**:

- Review content for brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for content improvements.

**Reporting**:

- Assist in gathering data and metrics related to influencer campaigns.
- Help in preparing campaign performance reports for influencer collaborations.

**Trendspotting**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Suggest new and innovative ideas for influencer collaborations.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Passionate about digital marketing and influencer collaborations.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Previous experience or coursework related to digital marketing or social media.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms/tools.
