**Staffing & Recruitment**:Temporary staffing, contract staffing, and executive search services.

**Job Summary**:
The operations Executive will be resonsible for **overseeing daily buisness operations ,**ensuring efficency, and supporting process improvements. This role involves **coordination between teams ,**monitoring workflows, resolving operrational issues, and assisting in the smooth execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilties**:
**1 Operational Management**
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Montior workflows and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs (standard operating Procedures)

oversee day to day operations to ensure smooth and efficent buisness functioning

**2. Coordination & Communication**
- Acts as a bridge between internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, etc)
- Coordinate with vendors, clinets, and external stakeholders as required.
- Support management in project planning and execution.

**3. Data & Reporting**
- Maintain operational records and documentation accurately.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Mangement, or realted field (MBA preferred)
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience(frrshers may apply)
- Basic understandings of operations and process management
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹10,296.31 - ₹32,973.40 per month
