**TERRITORY SALES OFFICER**
We are seeking an exceptional **Sales Officer** to spearhead our sales efforts and become an integral part of our growing team. As the sole member of the sales department, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. You will report directly to the owner/chief-executive-officer, promoting self
- direction and providing you with the autonomy to drive results.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Officer, your primary focus will be on driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients in the upcoming hospital segment across India.
- Generating and handling inquiries, from initial contact to the successful installation of our products.
- Engaging in cold calling to connect with prospective customers and showcase our innovative solutions.
- Assisting clients in selecting and designing the most suitable products for their specific requirements.
- Developing persuasive marketing and techno-commercial collaterals and presentations.
- Maintaining regular follow-ups for payments and building strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinating site visits to ensure proper preparation before product installation.
- Promoting sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts, and services.
- Expanding our network of dealers, associates, and consultants by educating them about our offerings and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Managing CRM, reports, and other sales-related documentation.
- Travelling across India for sales-related activities.
- Providing assistance to other departments when needed.
- Age: 25-35 years
- Experience: More than 1 year in sales of capital goods
- Qualification: No Bar
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Fluent in English language
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Background in medical device sales preferable, but not necessary
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive salary package of **up to** **6 Lakhs (on hand) per annum**, including incentives and bonus. The final amount will be determined based on your prior experience, expertise, and our discussions during the interview. The fixed salary incentives and bonus structure will be explained in detail during the interview process.
**Additional Information**:
- No technical background required; basic technical skills can be acquired on the job.
- Company reimburses petrol and maintenance expenses for personal vehicles used for company work.
- Company reimburses work-related travel and other expenses.
- Please note that we are a startup with a small team size of 5 employees, and you will be the first member of our sales department.
- You will report directly to the owner/chief-executive-officer, ensuring close collaboration and fostering independence in your role.
