As an Operations Executive in our meme marketing company, you will play a vital role in streamlining and managing our operational processes to ensure seamless business operations. The position involves overseeing various operational functions to support our meme marketing campaigns and drive the company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities within the meme marketing domain.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to streamline operations and optimize processes related to meme creation and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient meme content production and delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in resource allocation and utilization to meet business objectives.
- Maintain quality assurance by enforcing standards and policies within meme marketing operations.
- Analyze and assess operational costs and make budget recommendations.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for operational decision-making within the meme marketing sphere.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience 6- 1 Year in an operational role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other project management tools/software.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of social media pages and their use in business operations.
