**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information within procurement systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting future procurement needs.
- Support the procurement team in preparing reports and analysing purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.
- Managing warehouse stock efficiently involves a combination of **inventory control**, **timely procurement**, and **accurate updates**.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a procurement or supply chain role is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with procurement systems.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell ideas effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹22,880.00 - ₹29,850.00 per month
