**Job Title**: Procurement Assistant / Pricing Assistant - Container Freight Station (CFS) Services
**Job Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai**
**Experience: 1 + years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Vendor Sourcing & Selection: Identify and evaluate reliable CFS providers based on quality, cost, and performance. Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

2) Procurement Process Management: Manage the full lifecycle of CFS procurement, from obtaining quotations to issuing orders and negotiating contracts, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

3) Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate favorable terms with CFS vendors, draft and manage contracts, and monitor renewals and adjustments for consistent service delivery.

4) Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring communication, issue resolution, and service improvements.

5) Reporting: Track and analyze vendor performance and provide reports on procurement activities, performance, and spending.

6) Cost Control & Budget Management: Align procurement activities with budget targets and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.

7) Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize CFS service flow, balancing cost efficiency with operational needs.

**Qualifications**:
1) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, with 1 + years of experience.

2) Strong knowledge of CFS, logistics, contract management, and vendor relations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

3) Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
