**Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members, to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Budget Management: Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project deliverables.
- Change Management: Manage project scope changes, ensuring that any modifications are approved and implemented effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet industry standards and client requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination within the chemical & petrochemical industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
