As a Data Analyst at Bhikharam Chandmal, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive informed business decisions. Your role will play a crucial part in optimizing operational processes, identifying trends, and supporting the company's overall strategic objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, create reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Collection and Integration**:

- Gather, organize, and integrate data from various sources, including sales, marketing, production, and supply chain.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the seamless flow and integration of data across different systems.
- **Data Analysis and Interpretation**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to business objectives.
- Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business performance.
- **Reporting and Visualization**:

- Create and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor and track performance metrics across various business functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Forecasting and Predictive Analysis**:

- Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future trends and business outcomes.
- Assist in the development of predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
- **Data Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing data processes and analytical methods.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and databases.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
