**Job Description**:

- IJP No.- Location- Operation / Service Function- Position Job Title- Process- New Band- # of Positions- Kolkata- SDA- Automation & Analytics- United Health Care- GROUP B1- 1- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES- 1) Conduct data analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements for creating impactful visualizations and reports using Power BI.
- 2) Develop and design interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making across various departments.
- 3) Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and build data models and relationships to support effective data analysis.
- 4) Utilize Power Automate to automate data workflows, streamline data processes, and enhance data-driven insights within Power BI solutions.
- 5) Write efficient DAX queries and M queries to optimize data retrieval and manipulation processes in Power BI.
- 6) Implement data governance and security measures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and role-based access control within Power BI reports and dashboards.
- 7) Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions for performance issues and implement enhancements to improve overall system performance and user experience.
- 8) Provide training and support to end-users to promote self-service analytics and empower them to extract insights from Power BI effectively.
- 9) Design & deploy PowerApps based solutions/apps in Production Environments-
- CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIREDTools Experience Needed: Office 365 Power Platform (Powerapps, Power Automate, Power BI) with added advantage of Python & other RPA tools
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and M language, with hands-on experience in developing Power BI solutions.
- Power Automate: Proficiency in utilizing Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) to automate data workflows and integrate data from various sources, enhancing data processes within Power BI.
- PowerApps: Proficiency in utilizing PowerApps to build apps that integrate with data from various sources
- Data Modeling and ETL: Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes, with the ability to design and maintain efficient data models for analysis.
- Data Visualization: Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles, with the capacity to create compelling and intuitive dashboards and reports.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and insights to foster effective teamwork.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and industry-specific challenges to tailor data solutions accordingly.- CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION- ? Experience in automation & analytics domain is preferred
- ? Bachelor degree is preferred (full time/correspondence)
- ? Understanding of the Financials and the Operational levers to improve efficiency
- ? Proficient in working of data and analysis to produce actionable insights
- ? Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook- ? Graduation / Undergraduate- ? The applicant should be a confirmed full-time employee of the organization
- ? For lateral movement an employee has to complete 12 months in his/her current role while for vertical movement it is mandatory to complete 18 months in current role as on the last day of this month.
- ? Minimum rating of HVC MR in the last appraisal cycle.
- ? Applicant should not have been on a PCCP for the second time in the current role,in the last quarter or current quarter. If the employee has been put on the PCCP for the first time in the current role,he/she is eligible to applyApplicants need to bring a copy of their resume for the interview.-
