Leasing Executive

Reports to the Leasing Manager with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the commercial project, include inter-alia the following:

- Follow ups on enquiries & leads.
- Support client / IPC site visits.
- Calling Prospectives.
- Planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a market.
- Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
- Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.

Requirement:

- 2 - 5 years’ of commercial leasing experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good proficiency in MS office

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
