**Description**:
An aptitude trainer for our company are responsible for preparing individuals for careers in engineering and technology through the use of aptitude testing and training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, such as computer science, physics, or mathematics.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of engineering concepts and principles.
- Experience in training and education, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and delivering training programs to improve technical and problem-solving skills.
- Analyzing test results to determine areas where individuals need improvement.
- Creating and implementing individualized training plans based on test results.
- Collaborating with other trainers and industry experts to design and implement training programs.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to individuals on their performance.
- Keeping up to date with new developments and advancements in engineering and technology.
- Developing educational materials and training aids, such as presentations and handouts.
- Maintaining records and tracking student progress.
