We are hiring a **Logical Reasoning Trainer** to coach students for various competitive exams like **SSC, Bank, RRB, CAT, CSAT, and other aptitude-based tests**. The trainer will be responsible for delivering concept-based, shortcut-driven, and exam-oriented sessions in logical reasoning and analytical thinking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Logical Reasoning topics including **analytical reasoning, puzzles, coding-decoding, seating arrangements, series, blood relations, syllogisms**, etc.
- Design test-oriented content including practice exercises, mock tests, and quick revision notes.
- Conduct periodic assessments and provide performance feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods based on student performance and exam trends.
- Keep updated with evolving exam patterns and reasoning question types.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Any discipline); preference for Math/Engineering/Logic-related fields.
- 1+ years of experience as a trainer or educator in Logical/Analytical Reasoning.
- Strong understanding of reasoning concepts asked in SSC, Banking, CAT, CSAT, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in test prep companies or coaching centers.
- Exposure to online training tools and digital teaching methods.
- Ability to create reasoning content, mock tests, and video lessons is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
