**Profile - Electrical Maintenance engineer**

Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - Electrical

**Experience -Min 5+ Years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in the plastic molding industry**

Salary
- Upto 6 LPA

**Location - Chakan, Pune**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in plastic injection molding machines (e.g., Haitian, Toshiba, Engel, etc.)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, control panels, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., chillers, dryers, robots).
- Inspect and maintain PLC systems, HMI interfaces, VFDs, and servo motors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards (local and international).
- Maintain and update electrical schematics, documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to minimize downtime.
- Suggest and implement improvements in electrical systems for efficiency and energy savings.
- Supervise junior technicians and contractors for maintenance tasks.

Participate in audits and support ISO/5S/TPM initiatives.
