**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct client visits, networking, and market research.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular field visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals during client meetings that align with client requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of field sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
