Our mission is to simplify day-to-day operations for towing businesses, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

**Role Overview**

The Process Executive will be the single point of communication between clients, drivers, and service teams. This role involves efficiently coordinating tow truck operations, ensuring timely service delivery, and providing excellent customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Job Assignment**: Assign towing jobs to drivers based on location, availability, and priority.
- **Communication**: Act as the primary contact between customers, drivers, and service providers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Scheduling**: Monitor and manage job schedules to optimize operations and minimize response times.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address issues such as delays, route changes, or driver concerns in real-time.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, service requests, and job statuses in the company’s system.
- **Customer Service**: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, providing updates and resolving concerns professionally.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all dispatching activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a customer service role is a plus.

**Skills**
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Mandatory English Communication (Verbal and Written)
- Proficiency in dispatching software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
