**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Creation & Development**:

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and develop an innovative, diverse menu that showcases various Asian culinary traditions and flavors.
- Continuously research and experiment with new Pan Asian recipes, seasonal ingredients, and presentation techniques.
- Ensure that all dishes are consistent in terms of taste, presentation, and portion control.
- **Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook dishes from different Pan Asian cuisines, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.
- Oversee and ensure the proper preparation of ingredients, sauces, and other essentials for each dish.
- Maintain the integrity and authenticity of each cuisine while balancing modern presentation and creativity.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, providing training on techniques specific to Asian cuisine.
- Ensure all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and assist in managing the kitchen budget.
- **Quality Control & Consistency**:

- Maintain consistent food quality and flavor in all dishes served.
- Perform regular quality checks on food preparation, storage, and serving.
- Ensure food presentation meets high standards in line with the restaurant's aesthetic.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Occasionally interact with guests to receive feedback or discuss menu offerings, if appropriate.
- Work with front-of-house staff to ensure dishes are delivered according to guest expectations and dietary preferences.
- **Compliance & Cleanliness**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain proper food storage and cleanliness of kitchen tools, equipment, and the work environment.
- **FOOD AND ACCOMODATION PROVIDED**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
