**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced SEO/Social Media Expert (SME) to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO and social media strategies to improve online visibility, drive traffic, and increase engagement across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**:

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for SEO growth.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings.
- Optimize website content, structure, and meta tags for search engine algorithms.
- Monitor website analytics and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Regularly track and report on organic search performance and ROI.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop social media content calendars and collaborate with the content team for consistent brand messaging.
- Track social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with trends in social media and SEO, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Ensure content across all platforms is consistent, relevant, and engaging for target audiences.
- Perform A/B testing to refine content and strategies for optimal results.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Conduct site audits to identify and fix SEO issues such as broken links, slow page speeds, and mobile optimization.
- Improve website architecture and URL structure for SEO and usability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SEO and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website design principles for SEO.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field is a plus

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
