We are seeking a talented and passionate SEO/SEM & Web Designer to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, while also creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO and SEM**:

- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis.
- Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, and headings.
- Improve website structure and internal linking.
- Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content (blog posts, articles, etc.).
- **Off-Page Optimization**:

- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competitor backlinks.
- **SEM**:

- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI).
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all SEO/SEM activities.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

**Web Design**:

- **Website Design & Development**:

- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Integrate with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Ensure website accessibility and compliance with web standards.
- Maintain and update existing websites.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Conduct user research and understand user needs.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly website navigation.
- Improve website usability and overall user experience.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (required)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
