**Functions**:
The essential functions of the role would consist of and not be restricted to the following:

- Understanding our educational services, products, and way of operations.
- Deliver presentations to targeted businesses and customers.
- Scheduling appointments with the key management-cum-decision maker entity
- EOD reporting of fieldwork to the concerned authority.
- Ensuring delivery of smooth services to existing and new clientele by regular follow-ups.
- Preparing detailed excel reports and presenting them to higher management.
- Digital Marketing on Facebook Instagram, Google AdWords, SEO, etc.
- Website Product Management and Content Development.
- Telephonic approach to target customer data.
- Fetching and Hiring of Faculties and Staff on-demand basis.

**Day-to-day activities**:

- Frequent visits to potential clientele in and around the area to bring in new business.
- Maintaining and preparing excel reports and charts of daily visits, expenses, services, converted business deals, and prospective business opportunities.

**Performance Metric**:
The number of deals closed, contracts or, meetings fixed with the concerned authority of the company.

Educational Qualifications:
BBA/MBA/BMS and similar.

**Educational Expertise**:
Sales and Marketing, Operations, etc.

**Core Skills & Competencies**:
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, Creativity, Team Player, flexibility to travel, and ready to hustle and multitask.

**Background / Experience**:
1-2+ years of experience.

Freshers with the competencies mentioned above would also be considered.

**Industry Preference**:
Ed-Tech Companies, Educational Academy, Business Schools, Management College

**Software Cognizance**: Microsoft Office, Tally ERP, Internet Research, and Digital Marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
