**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their real estate needs, and guide them through the process of buying or selling properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.

Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.

Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding property listings, financing options, and market conditions.

Coordinate property viewings and inspections, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹13,086.00 - ₹33,190.04 per month

**Education**:
