More and more people in India are planning treks nowadays. But sometimes, because they don't know much and don't get proper guidance, they cancel their plans and miss out on the amazing experiences the Himalayas can provide. That's where you, as a Sales Executive, come in. You'll be like a helpful guide, making sure trekkers get the information they need. Your important role ensures that people who love adventure can confidently start their journeys and enjoy the beauty and excitement of the Himalayas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meet monthly sales targets by identifying and cultivating new customers.
- Keep the lead generation database current and well-maintained.
- Identify and assess potential trekkers through diverse channels.
- Offer comprehensive information and guidance on treks, itineraries, and logistics.
- Address concerns, tailoring trekking recommendations to individual needs.
- Regularly follow up with trekkers to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships, encouraging repeat trekker business.
**Qualifications**:
- Profound understanding of Uttarakhand, the Himalayas, trekking, and hiking to connect with our target audience.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with trekkers.
- Strong grasp of customer service principles.
- Prove your ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Showcase proficiency in CRM systems and relevant technology tools.
- Possessing trekking experience is advantageous.
